I signed up to Global Test Market as I had read good things about it. The website is pretty straight forward and you are able to see all of the paid online surveys available to you in a list. There is an abundance of surveys and I was able to complete 13 surveys in a week giving me a total of $14.20 (345 points). The surveys range from '5 minute surveys' which actually take 2-3 and give ~$0.60 (15 points) to longer 20-30 minute surveys which give up to $2.40 (40 points).
You also receive a ton of entries into the quarterly sweepstakes draw for $3000 in cash prizes with lots of prizes from $10 up to $100 and a grand prize of $1000. I received 420 entries in one week from being screened out of some surveys (10 entries) and 1 minute surveys which give up to 30 entries.
